The confident professional in the room
Full Spectrum Safety Training delivers first aid, fire safety, health and safety and food safety training in person, at your premises, to people who need to get it right rather than just get it signed off.
Why “Full Spectrum”
The name carries two ideas at once. The first is coverage: we deliver the full range of safety training an organisation is likely to need, so you are not juggling four different providers, four sets of paperwork and four invoices.
The second is who the training is for. We work across the full spectrum of people and communities — a masjid committee, a nursery manager, a workplace facilities officer, a community kitchen — and the training has to land for all of them. That means plain language, no jargon for its own sake, and never talking down to anyone in the room.
The four coloured bars in our shield are the four strands: first aid in green, fire safety in red, health and safety in purple, food safety in amber. The tick underneath is the part that matters to your files — competence, certificated.
Who you will be dealing with
Full Spectrum was founded by Ahmad, a qualified instructor and first responder. Every course we run is led by a qualified instructor from our own team — never handed to a subcontractor allocated the week before.
We also cap group sizes, and that is deliberate. On a first aid course everybody needs hands on a manikin, time with an AED trainer and a proper go at a real scenario, so the cap is set by how much practice each person can actually get — which is why the half-day courses stop at twelve. Every course page states its own maximum.
How we work
In person, hands-on
A real instructor in the room, with practical work on real equipment wherever the course calls for it. We do not sell you a video to watch on your own.
Delivered to you
At your premises, on a date that suits you, tailored to your setting — so nobody loses a day to travel.
Expert instruction
Led by our own qualified instructors and first responders, never passed to a subcontractor.
Nationally recognised
VTQ certificated and valid for three years — the certification employers, inspectors and insurers routinely accept.
Who we train
Workplaces, schools and nurseries, masjids and community centres, cafés and takeaways, community kitchens, event and catering teams, and organisations working out what Martyn’s Law now requires of them. Some come to us for one course and one certificate. Most come back for another strand within the year.
Certification
Our courses are VTQ certificated and nationally recognised, and certificates are valid for three years — the certification employers, inspectors and insurers routinely accept. If you need to see our credentials or insurance details before you book, ask and we will send them over.
Talk to us first
If you are not sure which course you need, or whether you need one at all, call and ask. We would rather give you a straight answer than sell you the wrong course.
