Martyn’s Law: does it apply to you?

The Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025 introduced tiered duties for qualifying premises and events. Which tier you fall into depends on the kind of premises you run and how many people it holds.

Our half-day course walks your responsible people through the duties, the protective measures and the risk assessment, so you can work out what you actually have to do rather than guessing.
