Accessibility
We want this site, and our training, to work for everyone. Here is where we stand and how to tell us when we have got something wrong.

This website
We have built this site to be usable with a keyboard alone, with a screen reader, and at large text sizes. In practice that means: proper headings in order, visible focus outlines, form labels and error messages that are announced, colour contrast that meets WCAG 2.2 AA for text, and no information conveyed by colour alone — the four course strands are always named as well as coloured.
The site works without JavaScript. The enquiry form still submits, you just do not get the live price estimate. It also reflows to a single column at 320px and respects a reduced-motion preference.
We have not had an independent audit. If you find something that does not work, we would genuinely like to know.
Our training
Tell us in advance if any learner needs an adjustment and we will make it. Things we are asked for regularly and are happy to do: large-print or high-contrast handouts, extra time, adapting a practical assessment for someone who cannot kneel or get down on the floor, working around hearing loss, and plain-language explanation of anything technical.
Nobody has to disclose a diagnosis to ask for an adjustment. Just tell us what would help.
Telling us about a problem
Email info@fsst.uk or call 07830 810422. Tell us what you were trying to do and what got in the way, and we will fix it or find you another way to get it done.
