Paying for your training
How payment works, and where to pay if you are holding one of our invoices.
We quote first, then invoice
We do not take payment when you enquire, and there is no online checkout to work through before you have spoken to us. Training is priced per group and often needs a conversation about numbers, dates and access, so the order is always the same:
- You request a quote.
- We confirm availability and send a written quote.
- You confirm you want to go ahead, and we book the date.
- We invoice you. The invoice sets out how to pay.
Ways to pay
Every invoice sets out the payment options in full. Today that means:
- Bank transfer — our account details and your reference are printed on the invoice.
- Card — we are setting up online card payment now. Once it is live your invoice will carry a secure payment link, and card details will be entered on our payment provider’s own secure page. They will never pass through this website and we will never see or store them.
Purchase orders are fine, and we are used to school, charity and local authority finance processes. Tell us what your finance team needs on the invoice and we will put it there.
Pay online now
If you already have an invoice from us, you can pay it securely here. Have your invoice number to hand.
Paying an invoice
Online card payment is being set up at the moment. In the meantime, please pay by bank transfer using the account details and reference on your invoice.
Card payment will be available shortly. We will never ask you for your card number over the phone or by email — when it is live you will receive a secure link on your invoice instead.
When payment is due, and our refund policy
Unless we have agreed invoice terms with you in writing, payment is due before the training date. We are not VAT registered, so our invoices carry no VAT — the amount on your quote is the amount you pay.
Our fees are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed. Confirming your booking means reserving an instructor for that date, taking the slot out of the diary and turning other work away. At short notice it cannot be filled again.
You can move a confirmed booking once, free of charge, with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to a date being free. Inside 14 days the fee is not refunded and cannot be carried over. If we ever have to cancel, you choose between a new date and a full refund.
Section 6 of our terms and conditions sets this out in full, including the statutory rights that apply if you are booking as an individual rather than for an organisation.
Watch out for fraud
We will never phone or email you to ask for your card number, your PIN, a one-time passcode, or to tell you our bank details have changed. If you get a message like that claiming to be from us, do not act on it — call us on 07830 810422 using the number on this website and check.
